Who the heck is Carrie?

Carrie is a chatbot with an AI brain and an upbeat attitude. She’s a car enthusiast that wants everyone to have the ideal insurance they deserve.

What can she do?

Carrie is a chatbot that quickly matches you to the best car insurance companies for you. She’s the car insurance agent you wish you had. She’ll get to know you and figure out which companies are right for you.

How do I know his advice is legit?

Carrie is an AI super brain and works with a human team of insurance and legal geeks. Carrie and her team consult and analyze all these sources in making their recommendations:
JD Power: The premium ranking service for consumer products like cars, bank products and credit cards.
Consumer Reports: A totally independent, non-profit testing agency that ranks hundreds of products every year.
National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC):  A national organization to establish standards and best practices, conduct peer review, and coordinate the regulatory oversight of insurance companies.

A.M. Best: A.M. Best is the only global credit rating organization with a unique focus on the insurance industry.

How does Carrie work?

Carrie uses advanced machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technology.  We use Google Cloud Services and Amazon Web Services, and have our own car insurance domain-specific knowledge base to answer questions.

Why does Carrie want to help me?  Does she get a kickback?

Carrie genuinely likes to help people and she is totally free. It really upsets her when people  leave money on the table for the insurance agencies to take advantage of.

Does Carrie creep on me and collect all my information?

Carrie likes to collect a bunch of information to help you find a great company, but she generally doesn’t want to know your name or any private information (anything not relevant to an insurance decision).  You can give her as much or as little information as your paranoid heart desires.  Please read our privacy policy for more information.
